The VPS administration service includes:

• 1 free transfer, for one order, to our servers (no more than 10 sites).
• An application for a free transfer must be created no later than 10 days after account activation.
• Server optimization for your sites.
• Solving problems at the request of the client, with a clear indication of the TOR.
• Finding and fixing trivial problems.

Absolutely forbidden:

• Sending SPAM, placing programs that are designed for spam (in particular IRC).

Additional services:

• A test period is provided when replenishing the balance on $5. If the services did not fit, you will instantly receive the funds back, in the same way that the payment was made.
• Repeated site transfers, depending on the number - from $15
• Downgrading resources or switching to a lower tariff, Lowcost VPS - $10
• Downgrading resources or switching to a lower tariff, Standard VPS - $15
• Account recovery after a delay of more than 7 days, $25 one-time or renewal of the service for at least 1 year.

Website migration rules:

• The client must provide a list of domains, as well as the necessary access data (preferably SSH access). If there are more than 10 subdomains in domains. the client undertakes to add them independently, according to the template described by the employees.
• The transfer is performed in the lowest priority mode, up to 72 hours. It usually takes 2-6 hours and depends on the workload of the support team.
• During the test period, no more than 1 site is transferred, up to 1 GB in size. If you have more sites, the rest can be transferred after paying for the services.
• During the transfer, the client undertakes not to make any changes to the sites until a message from the joint venture.
• Site transfer in priority mode - $25/hour.
