2.1. When providing services for the use of the Internet resource and its Services (hereinafter referred to as the Services of the Internet resource), the Administration of the Internet resource, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the User:
2.1.1. has all the necessary rights that allow him to register and use this Internet resource;
2.1.2. indicates reliable information about himself to the extent necessary to use the Services of the Internet resource, when required;
2.1.3. is aware that information on the Internet resource posted by the User about himself, as well as transmitted by the user for the purpose of posting on other Internet resources, may become available to other Users of the Internet resource and Internet users, may be copied and distributed by such users;
2.1.4. knowingly determined and controls the settings of the software he uses in accordance with his preferences regarding the protection of personal data, information about his own hardware and software and Internet connection;
